Louise - Founder, Dog Trainer, Dog Walker, and Pet Sitter

Hi, I'm Louise, and I'm passionate about all animals! In 2018, I graduated with First Class Honours in BSc Animal Behaviour and Welfare. Since then, I've immersed myself in the animal care industry. From rescue work to veterinary clinics and boarding facilities, I've experienced it all! Each interaction with animals has been a valuable learning experience that I wouldn’t change for the world!

My journey started with Queenie, my Romanian rescue dog, who ignited my passion for understanding dog behaviour. Then, I launched Delightful Dog Days Pet Services, which focuses on providing top-tier care and behavioural support for pets in the community. I'm dedicated to provide positive reinforcement and games based training methods to enhance communication between dogs and their owners.

I believe pets are family, as they bring laughter, comfort, and love into our lives, so they deserve the best care and a compassionate person to help with all their needs!

Charlie - Dog Walker, and Pet Sitter

Hi, I’m Charlie! I joined the Delightful Dog Days Team in March 2024! I have a Level 2 diploma in Animal Management, and certifications in animal health, husbandry, walking and handling, and behaviour!

I have over five years of professional experience working with dogs of all shapes, sizes, and personalities, and as a fellow dog owner, I understands the importance of trust and I promises to give your furry friends the best experience possible.

I also have a background in dog grooming, so I am always ready to answer any questions you may have!

Emma - Team Leader, Dog Groomer, Dog Walker, and Pet Sitter

Hi, I'm Emma! I joined the Delightful Dog Days team in November 2025. I have worked with dogs for over 15 years now and have qualifications in Animal Care NVQ Level 1 and 2 and Dog Grooming Level 1 through to Diploma Level 3. I can do various grooms on dogs from bathing to breed standard trims!

I have my own rescue dog called Red who is my sidekick and best mate, and 2 pet ferrets.

I am looking forward to meeting all of your pets along the way and providing the best service of care!

Freya - Dog Walker, and Pet Sitter

Hi! I’m Freya, and I’m absolutely delighted to be joining the pack
I’ll be helping out on a part-time basis, stepping in whenever I’m needed.

I’ve always loved dogs, and my girl Bella is a huge part of my life. She came into my world in 2017 after I sadly lost my old dog Ben in 2011. Both very special Cocker Spaniels who mean the world to me.

I’ve also had experience looking after dogs for my nana over the years, and I especially love long walks with them, seeing just how much they enjoy exploring and having fun.

I promise to care for and love your dogs as if they were my own. I’ll always come prepared with treats, because we all know that’s the best (and quickest!) way to a dog’s heart!
